Your telephone number may be visible to others within the list. Your name will only appear if another person already has your number saved in their contacts.

National monitoring systems
As part of national monitoring and improvement of drug and alcohol services, we may record information about your engagement on the Public Health Scotland DAISy (Drug and Alcohol Information System).
This information helps improve understanding of drug and alcohol support services across Scotland.

Your information is stored securely within Moving On Inverclyde’s case management systems.
Access to personal information is restricted to authorised staff members involved in delivering support.
We take appropriate steps to ensure your information is stored securely and protected against unauthorised access.
How long we keep your information
We only keep your information for as long as necessary to support you and to meet legal, safeguarding and commissioning requirements.
When you leave the service, your records will normally be retained securely for up to six years from the date of last contact.
After this time, records will be securely destroyed.
